Firstly, add 100kg of water and 40kg of OP-10 to the polymerization kettle, heat and stir to dissolve. Add another 104kg of acrylic acid and 28kg of methyl methacrylate, stir and mix for 0.5h. Add another 6kg of 10% ammonium persulfate. Heat up to 70-80 ℃ and react for 2 hours. The polymerization reaction is complete. Neutralize with ammonia water until the pH value is around 7. Pour the material into the emulsification kettle and add 400kg of 200 # gasoline and 30kg of water under high-speed stirring. Fully emulsified to obtain the product.
Lotion shall not be diluted with strong electrolyte aqueous solution to avoid demulsification. Store in a cool and ventilated warehouse. Prevent exposure to sunlight and rain during transportation.
